Kapsch TrafficCom to highlight V2X, Predictive Analytics, Smart Corridors at ITS World Congress 2025

Duluth, GA, August 18, 2025 – Kapsch TrafficCom is set to showcase a range of its latest transportation technologies at this year’s ITS World Congress in Atlanta, Georgia. The Kapsch team will demonstrate real-world traffic operations’ solutions enabled by ITS and CV technology that are critical for agencies to reduce congestion and improve safety.
Kapsch TrafficCom will highlight expertise in traffic data analytics and management with a number of solutions and tech demonstration at booth #522. Among the projects highlighted are the Gwinnett County Smart Corridor Program, the Pinellas Smart Community Project, breakthroughs in V2X tolling technology, and advanced highway traffic management.
Following the company’s launch of V2X tolling business for North America, Kapsch experts will be on-hand to share insights from their technical whitepaper; findings from recent testing and development; and opportunities to drive the future of tolling through connected vehicle technology. Kapsch’s success marks a significant step toward commercial deployment by introducing seamless integration with roadside tolling systems enabling continuous processing through existing operational and commercial back-office systems and ATMS for traffic data dissemination. Engineered for interoperability and minimal infrastructure requirements, the Kapsch V2X tolling solution enables smooth compatibility with existing tolling and ATMS environments – offering agencies a scalable, cost-efficient pathway to future-ready mobility.
“We are excited to once again put safety and efficiency at the forefront of infrastructure development and to showcase our technologies in greater detail,” explains JB Kendrick, President of Kapsch TrafficCom North America. “And our groundbreaking work within V2X tolling will certainly be of great interest to this year’s World Congress visitors.”
