He helps road operators identify where AI, sensing and traffic data solve real operational problems, and shapes the company's innovation direction — with a focus on moving emerging technologies from pilot to scalable deployment.

Mario Lopez is Director of Product Management for the Traffic Line of Business at Kapsch TrafficCom, where he has worked since 2022. He develops the company's traffic management portfolio on service-platform architecture, bringing connected mobility and smart traffic technologies into products that cities and road authorities can operate at scale. His work is directed at innovation and sustainable growth in the sector.

Justin Hamilton is Director of Location Based Services at Kapsch TrafficCom, leading global strategy and solutions for GNSS-based tolling, road user charging and distance-based pricing. Since joining in 2019 he launched an industry-first European partnership with Ford Motor Company. He previously advised over 40 companies across Europe, North America and Asia as a strategy consultant in connected mobility, including Allianz, BP, Daimler, TomTom and Shell.

Steve Sprouffske leads Kapsch TrafficCom's North America connected vehicle business, covering commercial strategy, system design and integration, product requirements and standards development. He has more than 15 years of connected vehicle experience across deployment and product development, and has served as Chair of ISO TC 204 WG 16 alongside work in SAE and ITU. He holds a BA in Computer Science and a master's in business.
