CFO Andreas Hämmerle to leave the Executive Board

Vienna, October 25, 2023 – The Supervisory Board of Kapsch TrafficCom AG has decided not to renew the Executive Board contract of Andreas Hämmerle, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, which runs until 2024. Georg Kapsch (CEO) takes over the area of responsibility for finance from Mr. Hämmerle.
