We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Specialist to join our team! Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems while delivering outstanding customer support? We're looking for a proactive and service-oriented Junior Service Desk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide first-line technical support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT services while building your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

How you'll make an impact

  • Provide 1st level technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

  • Manage and coordinate incidents through ITSM tools, including proper documentation and tracking.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when needed.

  • Monitor IT infrastructure and systems to ensure stability and performance.

  • Deliver remote support to end users, resolving system and application-related queries.

  • Configure applications and support testing activities to ensure smooth deployments.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and IT infrastructure.

  • Hands-on experience with PC hardware components and diagnostics.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments

  • MS Office tools.

  • Availability to work in a 24/7 support model with rotating shifts.

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong learning agility and adaptability.

  • Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
