An estimated 2.7 billion cars worldwide will be on the roads by 2050. Yet, motorists in America, Europe, and Australia are already expressing dissatisfaction with the flow of traffic in their countries as the "Kapsch TrafficCom Index" shows. According to the index, congested inner-city traffic routes during rush hours are a problem for almost 70 percent of the 9,000 respondents.
