IF YOU are results-driven with a strong focus on monitoring, observability and security, paired with strong Linux administration experience, we want to see your application.

Core Skills:


Linux Systems:

  • Moderate-level experience with Linux environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), with the ability to manage monitoring agents, tune performance, and automate recurring tasks using Bash and Python scripts.

Monitoring & Observability:

  • Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana or Grafana Loki for metrics collection, alerting, and dashboard creation.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Nagios or Icinga for log analysis, event correlation, and service health monitoring.

  • Experience of SIEM and security logs analysis tools, Splunk preferred

Visualization & Reporting:

  • Design of intuitive dashboards in Grafana to provide real-time visibility into system performance, uptime, and error trends.

Containers & Container Orchestration:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices in general. Deploy, maintain and support monitoring container services.

Alerting & Incident Response:

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for infrastructure and application-level issues

Documentation & Collaboration:

  • Strong writer of clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation for monitoring setups, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Works collaboratively with various teams to drive observability standards and best practices.

Experience & qualifications required:

  • Solid knowledge of Linux administration

  • Deep expertise in implementing and managing robust monitoring stacks including Icinga/Grafana or Nagios.

  • Very familiar with building scalable observability solutions and delivering high-quality technical documentation.

  • Drives operational clarity and team collaboration and efficiency.

  • Min of 3-5 years’ experience in an IT monitoring environment with ITIL Foundational level.

  • Advanced English level
