We are looking for a Bid & Proposals Manager to join our team!

Your responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with regional sales teams to support presales activities and lead end-to-end bidding and proposal processes.

  • Drive the preparation and submission of competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements while managing risks and meeting deadlines.

  • Develop and analyze cost models and financial structures to ensure sustainable project cash flow, considering risks and both direct and indirect costs.

  • Coordinate with solution specialists to align technical solutions with commercial proposals and customer requirements.

  • Monitor and manage the pipeline, maintaining clear visibility of opportunities, submitted offers, and their status.

  • Stay up to date with market trends and technological developments relevant to the company portfolio.

  • Identify and develop upselling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team across new and existing clients.

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and continuously improve efficiency through strong cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience managing private and public tenders, ideally within ITS environments.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

  • Solid analytical mindset with attention to detail in evaluating scopes, requirements, and objectives.

  • Engineering degree.

  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English.
