Join our international solution delivery team and play a key role in bringing advanced electronic tolling systems to operation. In this position, you will ensure seamless system integration, testing, and commissioning of complex hardware and software solutions, working closely with global teams and customers to deliver robust and reliable systems in real-world environments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Integrate, commission, and test electronic tolling systems within international customer projects.
  • Collaborate closely with global development teams across Austria, Argentina, Sweden, and the US, as well as with external 3rd party suppliers.
  • Establish, configure, and maintain test environments, including hardware prototypes, laboratory setups, and network configurations.
  • Integrate proprietary solutions and 3rd party products into a customer-ready end-to-end system, covering both hardware and software components.
  • Design, specify, and execute manual test cases for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
  • Perform system validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis during commissioning and rollout phases.
  • Provide 3rd-level technical support for customer projects, including participation in an on-call duty rotation.
  • Create and maintain commissioning, test, and acceptance documentation.
  • Support customer handover and ensure systems are fully operational, reliable, and compliant with specifications.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical education in informatics, engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • Ability to integrate hardware and software components across diverse technical environments.
  • Solid knowledge of network setup and common IT services.
  • Hands-on mindset with practical experience using tools and working on-site, including roadside installations.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site work at customer locations.
  • Structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, international teams.
  • Experience with usability testing and/or networking is an advantage.
  • ISTQB (or equivalent) certification is considered a plus.
  • Basic software development skills and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Xray, GitLab, and Azure are beneficial.
  • Scripting skills (e.g., Linux shell, Python, SoapUI, PowerShell) are an advantage.
  • Very good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
