We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our team!
Your responsibilities:
Provide 1st level technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
Manage and coordinate incidents through ITSM tools, including proper documentation and tracking.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
Monitor IT infrastructure and systems to ensure stability and performance.
Deliver remote support to end users, resolving system and application-related queries.
Configure applications and support testing activities to ensure smooth deployments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Your profile:
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with PC hardware components and diagnostics.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
MS Office tools.
Availability to work in a 24/7 support model with rotating shifts.
Team-oriented mindset with strong learning agility and adaptability.
Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
