We are looking for an experienced HSSEQ Leader to join our team in Chile! This role is critical in driving a strong safety, quality, and operational excellence culture across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OH&S policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring full legal compliance.

  • Identify and assess risks, defining preventive measures to maintain safe working conditions.

  • Ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards, driving continuous improvement through KPIs, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions.

  • Plan and execute internal and external audits (including ISO 9001), as well as inspections and on-site controls.

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and deviations, implementing actions to strengthen prevention practices.

  • Provide technical support to operations and projects on safety, quality, and process-related matters.

  • Identify training needs and foster a preventive, quality-driven organizational culture.

  • Manage and continuously improve the integrated HSSEQ system, including documentation, audits, reviews, and change management.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Lead initiatives that strengthen the organization’s culture of safety and quality.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in a prevention role (ITS or similar industries preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, with a hands-on approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Prevention Engineering and registered with the corresponding SEREMI.

  • Experience in planning, monitoring, and resource management.

  • Experience in internal auditing for ISO 9001.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Highly desirable: Experience in quality management, process improvement, and ISO 45001.
