We are deploying a new ERP globally and are seeking a technically oriented ERP Administrator to support system configuration, data migration, environment maintenance, and post-go-live operations. The role involves working closely with IT, business process owners, and implementation partners to ensure a stable, secure, and well-documented ERP environment.

Your Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Configuration

  • Support the global rollout of our new ERP, including environment setup, module configuration, and parameterization.
  • Assist with functional and technical testing, including test case execution, defect analysis, and coordination with external consultants.
  • Contribute to interface setup, integrations, and basic troubleshooting of data flows between the ERP connected systems.

Data Migration & System Operations

  • Prepare, cleanse, and structure master and transactional data for migration using data loader, templates, or ETL tools.
  • Execute migration cycles, validate data accuracy, and resolve transformation or mapping issues.
  • Support ongoing system operations, including environment monitoring, patching, and version updates.

Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, data structures, integrations, workflows, and system changes.
  • Produce internal technical guides, release notes, and update logs.

Access Management & Security

  • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP and related components.
  • Perform regular access audits and enforce compliance with internal security and data permission guidelines.

Workflow & Process Automation

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize workflows, event triggers, approval routes, and automation rules.
  • Analyze system usage and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement technical enhancements or workflow improvements.
  • Specify and implement smaller extensions to the system.

Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for incidents, including root-cause analysis and issue replication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, data quality, and process reliability.
  • Stay current on updates, features, and best practices relevant to administration and security.

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent technical background.
  • Hands-on experience with global ERP systems.
  • Understanding of relational data models, data migration methodologies.
  • Experience with system administration, configuration, or enterprise application support.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Business fluent English (oral and written); German is an advantage.

Preferred

  • Experience with workflow engines, integration frameworks, or automation tools within the INFOR ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with identity/access management concepts and security controls.
  • Exposure to multi-site or international ERP implementations.
