We are seeking a Systems Engineering Change Manager to support the Global Engineering Lead in driving a transformation towards systems engineering excellence across multiple regions and functions. This role is instrumental in harmonizing processes, improving tools usage, introducing new trends, creating and delivering training, and coaching key projects to ensure alignment with global standards.
Your Responsibilities
Requirements Management Optimization:
- Collaborate with regional system engineers to define and harmonize global standards, methodologies, and best practices for systems engineering and requirements management.
- Lead efforts to streamline tool usage, improve integration, and maximize efficiency in collaboration with other teams.
- Conducting requirements reviews in customer projects and providing support and feedback
Training and Coaching:
- Develop training materials, guides, and toolkits to support knowledge transfer and capacity building.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to selected projects, ensuring practical application of global standards and processes.
Support the use of AI:
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools in requirements engineering and other system engineering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale these innovations.
- Ensure introduction of AI and other new technologies in all system engineering teams.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track the progress of the transformation initiative, measuring success metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to the Global Engineering Lead on the status of harmonization efforts and the impact of implemented changes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a change ambassador, promoting the benefits of transformation across teams and regions.
- Facilitate workshops, forums, and other collaborative sessions to gather input, share progress, and align on objectives.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering).
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, requirements management, or related areas.
- Solid understanding of requirements management methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and the application of AI in engineering.
- Experience in system design and testing.
- Background in project management.
