As our Regional Marketing Manager EMEA, your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness and develop integrated marketing and lead generation strategies tailored to the EMEA region. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Consultants, Delivery, HR, Bid Management, and Corporate Marketing to deliver impactful regional campaigns and programs. Focus areas include external messaging and activities, internal programs and communications, content development and production, campaign management, brand management, and digital initiatives
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand position across EMEA. Localize and implement corporate marketing campaigns to meet regional objectives.
- In collaboration with regional Sales Managers, define and execute annual marketing plans to target key customer segments and support strategic business goals.
- Oversee regional digital marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, CRM/email outreach, and content strategy.
- Plan and execute regional and market-focused events
- Sales Enablement, develop and maintain sales collateral and messaging that resonate with regional audiences and align with global brand guidelines.
- Act as the marketing liaison for regional internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution of campaigns and communications.
- External Partner Management, manage third-party vendors, marketing partners, and consultants supporting regional initiatives
- Support and coordinate the regional marketing team to implement campaigns and projects effectively.
- Internal Communication & Platforms: Maintain up-to-date content on the regional SharePoint landing page and ensure knowledge sharing across internal platforms.
- Design and deliver 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, events, and PR.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B environments, ideally in the tech, mobility, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and digital marketing channels.
- Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, event management, and sales enablement.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across regions and departments.
- Fluent in German and English
