Resposibilities:
Prepare and support all activity-related reporting for the country
Assist with reminders and system updates, including document management
Prepare analytical reports as needed
Maintain and organize documents and reminders to ensure compliance with the quality management system
Regularly follow up on supplier documentation (e.g., purchase orders, contracts, RMAs, claims, vendor registrations)
Provide support for delivery coordination and tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Spanish level C1
- English level B2
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
