Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues remotely
- Provide active remote support in customer projects
- Perform configuration changes and software deployments
- Conduct service validation, testing, and follow-up on delivery incidents
- Proactively update documentation, process descriptions, and technical records
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
- Handle technical escalations and support P1 incident cases, including team representation when required
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telematics, or a related field
- Around 5 years of experience in IT solutions or a similar technical environment
- Strong knowledge of scripting, databases, and both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
- Experience with ITSM/ALM tools (e.g., Cherwell, Jira, Confluence, Git, Azure)
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- Curious and eager to understand how complex systems fit together
- Enjoys documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills would be an advantage
- A strong team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to occasionally travel and take on hands-on tasks
