Your Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues remotely
  • Provide active remote support in customer projects
  • Perform configuration changes and software deployments
  • Conduct service validation, testing, and follow-up on delivery incidents
  • Proactively update documentation, process descriptions, and technical records
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
  • Handle technical escalations and support P1 incident cases, including team representation when required

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telematics, or a related field
  • Around 5 years of experience in IT solutions or a similar technical environment
  • Strong knowledge of scripting, databases, and both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
  • Experience with ITSM/ALM tools (e.g., Cherwell, Jira, Confluence, Git, Azure)
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Curious and eager to understand how complex systems fit together
  • Enjoys documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills would be an advantage
  • A strong team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Willingness to occasionally travel and take on hands-on tasks
