We are looking for a  Supply Chain & Procurement Operations Lead to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure supply of products, services and materials that the company needs to carry out its operations, by procuring supplies, hiring and training personnel, analyzing the company's supply needs, scheduling purchases, and forecasting material requirements.

  • Analyze statistical data and reports to determine performance trends.

  • Supervise inventories of material/goods and equipment inside the country/Subregion LAM.

  • Anticipate performance difficulties in support of operations.

  • Coordinate the transport of equipment’s and materials.

  • Manage all material planning efforts along with direct oversight of all international and local sourcing.

  • Preparation of the Supply plan considering inputs from other areas, such as Demand plan, production capacity, availability of components, among others.

  • Review purchasing decisions, orders and contracts with suppliers to ensure that requests are met in a timely manner. Resolve all order discrepancies immediately to ensure quality and maintain the company's reputation.

  • Write and present performance evaluations, including disciplinary actions as well as promoting performance improvements.

  • Develop and implement effective inventory controls.

  • Owner and responsible for all local and SCM-related processes and procedures.

  • Responsible for internal and external audits, and related compliance (legal, environmental, etc.) in the respective country, as well as audits of suppliers, when appropriate.

Your profile:

  • Solid experience in operational Supply Chain roles, Purchasing/Logistics.

  • Experience in Supply planning, negotiation/selection of suppliers.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Advanced English language.

  • Supply Chain, Logistics or related university degree.

  • ERPs management ex: SAP, Navition.
