We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Sales Leader to join our diverse and inclusive professional team in Melbourne on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you'll spearhead the Sales team, driving business development and strategy, overseeing overall sales operations, including both direct and channel sales, and bid management. Your role extends to managing, leading, coaching, and supporting direct reports, providing strategic and operational leadership to achieve sales targets and foster growth in the APAC Region.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering key result areas within the entire APAC region, including providing strategic and operational leadership in achieving sales targets, driving new business development activities, and building a proactive and responsive sales organization. You'll represent the business at various industry meetings and trade shows, manage the sales budget, forecasts, and regular reporting, develop, implement, and review KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics, conduct regular team meetings to review sales pipelines and ensure sales opportunities are maximized, and collaborate with other functional departments of the business in delivering our brand of Customer Service. Other responsibilities include leading and managing a team of six to ten professionals, ensuring accountability for their performance and results. Adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges, you'll foster an inclusive and supportive work environment, guided by procedures and the business plan

We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales leadership roles, with at least three+ years' focus on the APAC region being highly desirable. Extensive experience in business development and solution sales within multinational technology organizations is essential, along with a critical understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment within APAC. You should have demonstrated experience in successfully leading dispersed and remote teams of international professionals, as well as skills in developing and executing budgets, strategies, activities, and KPIs to achieve business outcomes. A degree qualification in Engineering, Science, or Technology is preferred, coupled with a strong customer focus, proven ability to win new business, and experience in managing Bid/Tenders Team or having worked closely with them.
