We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
We are looking for a Solution Designer to join our regional team!
Your responsibilities:
Review and document client’s functional and no functional requirements.
Meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes working closely with Development Team.
Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design and roadmap.
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Identifies complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Identifies measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality and performance.
Define epics and user stories including acceptance criteria.
Prepare and maintain the analysis documentation (use cases, user stories, logic models, mockups, prototypes) through the life cycle of each project.
Your profile:
Systems /Information Technology (graduated or student) or equivalent working experience.
Proven experience in similar area in different industries and in a wide variety of projects.
Use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Visio. UML. Enterprise Architect
Desired: Jira, Confluence, BPM, BPMN, CPRE certification.
Intermediate level of English language.
