We are looking for a Software Excellence Transformation Specialist to join out team!
Your responsibilities:
Actively own and execute transformation activities globally and in alignment with the SW Excellence Transformation leader and team.
Closely collaborate with Application Center and Product management leaders to identify and resolve their challenges.
Participate in the definition of the transformation journey and ensure the roadmap and prioritization is adapted to the business needs and constraints.
Coach engineering leaders and teams in their journey to increased agility through application of practical experience on how to coordinate agile teams at scale using the Kapsch SAFe methodology.
When appropriate step in and drive PI execution from one of the key steering roles such as the Release Train Engineer.
Ensure proper adoption and use of our key ALM collaboration tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence).
Contribute to the Kapsch global software development process definition and evolution.
Foster the adoption of continuous delivery practices including CI, CD and Release on Demand as well as the associated DevOps toolchain.
Deliver regular internal training sessions to grow agile teams' skills growth (e.g. PO/PM, RTE, Scrum Master).
Actively contribute in key steering CoPs and LACE groups to ensure cross-organizational alignment.
Contribute and drive the definition, adoption and reporting of relevant value stream, release train and team level metrics.
Your profile:
Expertise in change management and business transformation in multi-national organizations.
Prior experience in SW development or engineering roles.
Broad experience with modern software engineering best practices, tools and industry trends (e.g source code management, continuous integration, automated testing frameworks, infrastructure as code).
Proven experience with agile scaling principles and key frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) in a large distributed environment.
SAFe SPC or equivalent certification is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills and the ability to lead the adoption of new ideas across different locations and cultural backgrounds will be an asset
