Purpose of Data Collection

Kapsch is a provider of intelligent transportation systems in the fields of tolling, traffic management, smart urban mobility, traffic safety and security, and connected vehicles. As a one-stop solutions provider, Kapsch offers end-to-end solutions covering the entire value creation chain of its customers, from components and design to the implementation and operation of systems. Kapsch uses collected personal information for purposes directly related to the lifecycle of a customer project or user request.

Kapsch will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request.  The CCPA requires Kapsch to confirm verify the identity of requestors, please include your name and email address with your request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

Children’s Privacy

Kapsch does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our systems.
