Careware Services represent a collection of all Kapsch support services for maintenance and upkeep.

The support takes place either on-site or remotely, in other words via remote diagnosis and response. Kapsch Careware Services are designed as a modular system and range from “extended business hours” to “around-the-clock standby availability”.
