Kapsch BusinessCom acquires stake in evolaris

Acquisition brings Kapsch customers added digitilization competence

Vienna/Graz, October 14, 2015 – Austrian ICT expert Kapsch BusinessCom acquires a stake in Graz company evolaris next level GmbH. The research institution is regarded as a competence center for mobile communication and innovation. For Kapsch, this cooperation is a further building block in its process of expanding activities to digitalize customer value chains.
