Vienna, November 4, 2015 – The Kapsch Group, one of Austria’s leading technology companies with global reach, was chosen as Austria’s Best Recruiter of the Year. This is an award that pays tribute to outstanding recruiting performance by companies. Kapsch ranked in first place in the IT/software/telecommunications industry and in the overall Austria-wide ranking, it is in 17th place of a total of 500 tested employers. Rudolf Bernscherer, Head of Human Resources of the Kapsch Group, Daniela Giovannozzi, HR Recruiting Kapsch Group, and Andrea Kneisz, Corporate Marketing & Communications/Employer Branding Kapsch Group, accepted the gold Best Recruiter Seal at a festive awards ceremony on Tuesday afternoon.

Boosting recruiting quality

The results of the BEST RECRUITERS Study provide the basis for the rankings. Since 2010, it has analyzed the recruiting attributes of top employers in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland on an annual basis. It applies scientific criteria that correlate to the following four pillars: online recruiting presence, online job advertisements and markets, applicant environment, and applicant feedback. The results of the study and the optimization strategies that evolve from them enable employers to continuously optimize the quality of their recruiting, to increase efficiency, and, at the same time, to lower costs. The study is commissioned by CAREER Press, which has also established this award.
