We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team!
Your Responsibilities
Review and document client’s functional and non-functional requirements.
Meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Determines how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes, working closely with Development Team.
Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design and roadmap.
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Identifies complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Identifies measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
Conducts tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality and performance.
Defines epics and user stories including acceptance criteria.
Prepare and maintain the analysis documentation (use cases, user stories, logic models, mockups, prototypes) through the life cycle of each project.
Your profile
Proven experience in functional analysis.
Advanced level of English language.
Visio / UML / Enterprise Architect or similar.
Confluence, Sharepoint or similar.
