We are looking for a Sourcing & TAC Specialist to join our global Talent Acquistion team!

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver sourcing services to provide pipelines of qualified candidates.

  • Perform resume review, phone screenings and administration of candidates through ATS (MyWD).

  • Use social media, job board, X-ray search and is innovative about sourcing techniques.

  • Understand candidate’s motivations and goals to engage with them.

  • Understand market findings and use them to improve our TA strategy.

  • Deliver reports/KPIs to team members across the company for a better understanding of the changing market.

  • Participate in Kapsch’s initiatives across different levels of the organization.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition roles.

  • Broaden knowledge in different search sources.

  • Expert in direct search through different channels.

  • University Degree: Human Resources or similar (or equivalent knowledge).

  • ATS knowledge/experience.

  • Advanced level of English.
