Job Responsibilities: Perform requirements assessment in light of Kapsch’s back office software by ensuring that Kapsch solution are complete, consistent, and the associated project requirements are traceable, unambiguous, and verifiable. Refine and document requirements using gathering interviews, ideation sessions with customers, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis. Conduct technical workshops and perform system demonstrations. Participate in development process with specific focus on backlog prioritization and scrum meetings. Apply tolling back office operational knowledge to analyze and identify critical areas for process improvement. Identify automation opportunities by using company software in customer operations. Serve as functional lead on medium to large Design and Build tolling projects. Lead and train the technical teams in North America, allocated to Kapsch’s Back Office tolling projects by bridging the Solution Center Hub and the technical solution capabilities from Argentina to USA. Ensure that Kapsch’s Back Office platform, developed in Argentina, fulfils the needs of current and future projects in North America. Guide and support validation and verification process, ensuring compliance with requirements and conformity to local regulations and standards. Educate, train and guide customers on the use of the company’s back office software. Support NAM Sales Teams in new bids, performing requirements analysis, technical proposal and requirements to adapt company’s Back Office platform. No Telecommuting Allowed.

Job Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in computer science and 5 years of experience in tolling and transportation back office operations industry. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: 1) Delivering full life cycle of Tolling projects, from requirements and analysis until implementation and operations. 2) Writing detailed use cases, epics, and user stories. 3) Modeling, designing and documenting solutions, while using UML (Unified Modeling Language) with Enterprise Architect Sparx & other tools including Microsoft Visio & Confluence, to communicate the functional details to Transportation authority stakeholders, managing diagrams such as State Machine, Context, Sequence, Use Cases and Activity diagrams. 4) Assist the development team in coding revision using the programming knowledge in C#, .NET, and Delphi languages. 5) Performing user stories testing and validating business cases and scenarios for Tolling systems applying different white-box and black-box testing techniques including Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Table Testing and State Transition Testing, using tracking tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Jira-Xray, Postman API Platform, SOAP UI, XML and Json data formats. 6) Managing software development backlog prioritization based on the knowledge of customer needs using Scrum & Kanban methodologies, with Confluence Atlassian Team Space (CATS) and Jira-Xray.
