We are looking for a Head of Delivery to join our team in Mexico!
Your Responsibilities
Lead the Delivery team focusing on proper planning, designing, coordination and leading current and new projects within Delivery and Operations Department, ensuring project´s quality, time and financial results in scope aligned with the business objectives.
Responsibility for the whole projects backlog (commercial, technical and legal). Responsible for maintaining and/or increase project gross margin in the projects backlog.
Guides & Coaches the employees in the Delivery Department
Promote actions to Initializes, plans, regulates, controls and closes the project(s).
Supervises the contract fulfillment supporting PMs on critical contract management decisions.
Support to PMs identifying and Monitoring project risks and definition of risk mitigation measures.
Co-operation in contract negotiations.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Use and continually develop leadership skills. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Your profile
Proven experiencia: team leading and mentorship, project delivery in the IT or Infrastructure sector, both Public and Private customers. Project management
Proven negotiating skills with customers and vendors.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication, organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office .
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Advanced level of English language.
Bachelor’s degree: Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, System Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
