Main Objective

This role is responsible for monitoring transactional data as it is collected from the live tolling systems. Agents will audit transactions within strict parameters to ensure data accuracy and equipment performance.

Technical Skills

  • Review large volumes of transactional data.
  • Provide basic reporting on errors found through monitoring and auditing tasks.
  • Focus on the quality and integrity of transactional data in an effort to meet contractual client obligations and internal quality metrics.
  • Ensure data is formatted within strict parameters to maintain standardized auditing and reporting models.
  • Be able to adapt to new business rules and requirements quickly.

Essential Functions

  • Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Office tools. (Excel, word, ect.)
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work to a deadline.

Communication Skills

  • Expected to provide regular updates to Image Review Manager and Quality Analyst.
  • Active listening.
  • Responds well to guidance and criticism.

Education / Experience

  • Previous experience in a data entry or basic auditing role.
