Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
Your Responsibilities
- Controlling for our production company based in Vienna
- Regular reporting to the respective reporting lines and analysis of deviations
- Monthly preparation of cost accounting and assistance in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS
- Budgeting and multi-year planning of cost centers
- Administration, Planning and updating of projects
- Preparation of key figures for reporting
- Intercompany reconciliation within the group and balance sheet planning
- Provision and review of mark ups for item based calculations
- Monitoring valuations for input materials, semi-finished and finished products
- Participation in the definition, introduction and permanent optimization of production processes
- Permanent review of production orders, cost centers and projects
- Providing data for internal and external statistics and funding applications
- Support of the cost center managers
Your profile
- Successfully completed master degree in business administration
- At least 3 years of experience as a business controller
- Production controlling expertise and IFRS knowledge is of advantage
- Structured and independent way of working and a hands-on mentality
- High level of communication skills, ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
- Team spirit and an innovative, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) and Navision, knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
