Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.


  • Detailed analysis of the application and/or tender documents.
  • Preparation of the documentation of the offer:
  • Generation of Checklist of documentation to be presented in the offer, indicating the person responsible for it, delivery time and status.
  • Coordination of the different departments involved in the offer: financial, legal, SW manufacturing and/or Solution Center.
  • Preparation of the necessary information to be submitted by the head of the Bid department and the information required by each of the departments involved.
  • Preparation of the technical documentation of the offer.
  • Preparation of the economic study of the offer, obtaining the costs of each of the departments involved and of the external suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Deliver the final documentation to the client.
  • Preparation and participation in Offer Preparation Meetings: Go / No Go, Launch Meeting, Offer Review Meeting, Offer Authorization Meeting.
  • File the file of the offer, including the corresponding authorizations.
  • Transfer of the offer file to the Project Manager in case of being awarded the contract and attendance to the project launch meeting.


  • Education: University Degree in Engineering, specializing in telecommunications, industrial or similar
  • Professional knowledge: 10+ years experience with tender documents and public administrations. Microsoft Office Advanced Level (Word, Excel and Power point).
  • Soft skills: Organization, customer orientation, detail oriented, communication skills and deadline oriented.
