Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. The Role:

Senior Financial Analyst establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. The individual maintains accounting and financial records and reports - including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage financial planning cycle leading the development of short and long term planning

  • Provide financials analysis and act as Finance Partner to the business

  • Analyze complex financial information and provide recommendations to the Business

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to corporate guidelines/standards

  • Support the VP Finance/CFO in strategic initiatives to improve financial performance

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience as senior analyst

  • High level of business acumen

  • Strong communication skills and skilled at building relationships

  • Experience in project business and manufacturing is desirable

Our top Candidates will have:

  • MBA/CPA/PMP or other relevant certifications will be a plus
