Responsabilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage technology and service transfers to internal steady-state support team, collaborating closely with technical project leaders
- Liaise with the internal project delivery and internal Solution Centre Traffic to ensure technical and contractual requirements for transfer projects are met, monitoring prioritisation of key project lots and trials
- Report on project transition progress, including key project lots and trials, on a regular basis to ensure members of the project team are informed, involved, and motivated
- Create and supply required documentation and reports for project completion to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.
- Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
- Become part of the steady-state core support team once transition is finished
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, or a similar field
- High customer and solution orientation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in service transition management or as a senior service delivery management position
- Proven track record in the successful management and execution of complex technology transfer projects, using appropriate project management methodologies and planning tools
- Advanced knowledge ITIL and Service management – preferably with corresponding certification
- A structured and independent way of working
- Independence and resilienceAbility to manage team of mid-senior technical and service resources
- Project management certification would be advantageous
- Experience in traffic management would be advantageous
