Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
Your Responsibilities
Transfer pricing model:
- analyzing the intercompany transactions within Group, setting up appropriate charging mechanism and determining the arm’s length prices
- ongoing optimization and further development of the Group transfer pricing model
- coordination of updating transfer pricing documentation (master file as well as local files) and benchmark analysis
- ensuring that IC agreements are in line with transfer pricing framework
- monitoring deadlines and invoice processes
- supporting a transfer pricing model which helps the management teams to focus on meaningful decision from a business view
- internal consulting for all subsidiaries in relation to transfer pricing questions
Ensuring local transfer pricing compliance requirements in time:
- Local documentation
- Country-by-country reporting
- DAC6-reporting
Project business:
- support in all tax related questions to the CFO and EVP corporate finance
- close collaboration with our tax consultants globally
- consulting for withholding taxes, value added taxes, permanent establishment
- supporting international M&A transaction for all tax issues
Minimizing tax audit risks regarding transfer pricing as well as double taxation
Your Profile
- at least 5-year experience in transfer pricing and international taxes in an international group or in an big4 tax company
- education to a tax advisor or to a transfer pricing specialist is welcome
- fluid English (spoken and written)
- autonomous working and research of several tax-related issues including finding proposals for solutions
- accuracy and responsibility
- service-orientation and focus on solutions
- good general knowledge and understanding in financial management appreciated
