Kapsch BusinessCom: WorkHeld – the voice assistant for industry.

Kapsch BusinessCom starts cooperation with the workforce management software WorkHeld. This includes an intelligent voice assistant that helps technicians at industrial companies with their work. The common goal of the cooperation parterns is to supply industry in German-speaking countries with new and innovative solutions.

Vienna, March 26, 2019 – Thanks to its partnership with the workforce management software WorkHeld, Kapsch is expanding its extensive offerings as the digitalization expert for industry. WorkHeld is a platform for productive order processing for assembly, maintenance, and service processes, from order granting to documentation to the customer’s signature. Among other things, the software includes an intelligent voice assistant that helps technicians with their work by enabling the querying and documentation of information about the current order. Thus, it is possible to record working hours, defects, and measurement values or call up information about the next step via voice input. In addition, WorkHeld can also be adapted to the customer’s needs without additional development work. Among other things, the software offers individual feature configuration and the possibility to integrate company-specific technical terms into the platform. Individual voice functions can also be developed.
