We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing expert to join our global team! In this role you would be responsible for increasing brand awareness, developing and implementing demand and lead generation marketing strategies in North America.
This person will lead all marketing and communication initiatives in his or her assigned territory (US and Canada) in coordination with regional sales, solution consultants, product management, delivery and bid management, HR, leadership, and other internal teams.
Focus areas include external messaging and activities, internal programs and communications, content production, brand management, and digital initiatives.
Main tasks / Responsibilities
Maintain and provide strength to company’s brand position in North America
Work with Global, Corporate Market and Communications team on strategic marketing planning and develop, localize and implement integrated marketing campaigns in North America
In close cooperation with regional Sales Managers and Sales Leadership to identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
Work closely with Senior Leadership to develop and execute annual regional marketing plans with targeted action items for regional strategic initiatives and campaigns to reach vital customer segments.
Plan and process external outreach, social media communication and CRM/e-mail outreach.
Lead, plan and organize regional & market-focused events.
Lead, plan and execute regional MarComs Budget.
Develop and maintain messaging and sales collateral related to North America
Manage third-party relationships with marketing partners, vendors, and consultants.
Assist regional sales managers when needed.
Coordinate with IT for updated region marketing sharepoint landing page and information centralization.
Our Ideal Candidate:
At least six years experience in marketing
Marketing and Communications education
Experience in a leadership role and working with Sr. Leaders on decision making
International business experience a plus
Solving complex problems that improve daily the lives of people around the world and working to help build a safe, sustainable traffic environment
