We are looking for a DevOps & Cloud Engineer.
Deploy, monitor and maintain the infrastructure and tools needed to power our products and to support our developments and customers.
Develop the migration to cloud-native solution based on Microsoft Azure.
Implement and manage CI/CD. Manage product releases (Gitlab).
Automating system maintenance tasks.
Maintain and update our environments: lab, integration, demo, production.
Define security and data backup procedures.
1 to 2 years of proven relevant experience: DevOps, CI/CD, cloud.
Proven experience using cloud platforms and services: main interest in Microsoft Azure as the company's main provider, but AWS will also be of value.
Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible and knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Gitlab.
Experience deploying open source tools both on-premise and in the Cloud (Apache Spark, Pulsar, Zookeeper, ...).
Expert know-how on analyzing and benchmarking different technological solutions.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages preferably Python and Java.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Good oral and written communication skills in English. English is the official language for documentation in the company. Frequent participation in meetings with international company's teams expected.
Proactiveness and technology enthusiasm.
Good to have:
Experience designing and developing Data Marts and/or using IoT platforms.
Hands-on experience with relational SQL, NoSQL and in-memory databases such as Cassandra, Postgres, REDIS, or HP Vertica.
Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable data stores: Apache Kafka, Apache Pulsar, Kafka-connect…
