About the webinar:

“I am not the women president of Harvard, I am the president of Harvard.”

Drew Gilpin Faust, President, Harvard UniversityCoronavirus job losses are impacting everyone, but women are taking a harder hit than men.

Overall, women have been far more likely to leave their jobs during the pandemic. In September alone, about 865,000 women dropped out of the workforce, compared to 216,000 men, according to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In this webinar we have invited Arancha Martinez, Co-founder & CEO of Common Good Chain (ComGo), a mother of four kids, who has recently achieved the EU Women Innovators Award 2020 to share her experiences with us on how she could manage to start a new business model and how this led her to achieve the EU Women Innovators Award and on how she has managed to keep up her work while working from home with her husband and the kids.

Moreover, Alexandra Jirovsky, our EVP Legal joins us to share some key findings on the differences between what female and male employees expect from their employer in the digital age, what they find important at their workplace of the future and which tasks they suggest to put on a to-do list for the digital transformation of their company; specifically with regard to the current Corona-Pandemic situation.

The webinar took place on December 9, 2020. For the recording please contact press@kapsch.net.
