Marketing & Communications
The marketing & communications departement is the company's mouthpeace to all our stakeholders, externally and internally, and thus promotes our products and our corporate image. The departement is responsible for tasks like the public relations, the maintenance of our websites or the organization of fairs and events.
The finance departement is like our company's "audit court". It covers tasks like budget planning and its implementation, accounting and controlling an the creation of financial strategies. All in all, this departement provides the basis for the company's economic decisions with its daily work.
The Sales departement is primarily responsible for selling our products and services. Within this framework, it covers tasks such as the establishing of new customer relations as well as the administration of the existing client base, it processes inquiries, works out attractive offers and stays in permanent contact with the product development.
The legal departement is the first place to go to with all kinds of legal and official concerns. It for example supports the company in the consulting of clients, it drafts and checks all kinds of contracts, it assists us as a competent partner in negotiations or it applies for patents to product our innvative solutions.
The project managment sets off and oversees all kinds of projects and thus covers a wide and varied range of tasks. They comprise for instance the setting up of project plans, the providing of all required tools, the reporting of milestones as well as the monitoring and thepresentation of the final results.
The human resource managment is the first point of contact for our employees'questions and concerns. Within this framework, the HR departement covers tasks such as employer branding, recruiting, payroll accounting, organizing further education-programs and developing compensation strategies and special agreements.
The IT departement covers all tasks concerning company-relevant information technologies. It is thus responsible for the development and maintenance of IT solutions and programs, it guarantees the operating reliability of the IT systems and consequently assures a smooth workflow within the company as well as for all external stakeholders.
The solution management ist responsible for developing future-proof solutions out of new trends in traffic and mobility that consequently assure our core business and open new market segments for us. By cooperation closely with the marketing, sales and innovation management, it acts as the connector between the market and technology.
Supply Chain Management
The supply chain management organizes and oversees the total value chain of all our products and services around the world. This comprises for example the sourcing of components, goods and services, managing the movement and storage of raw materials as well as all the corresponding logistics.
The innovation-team is responsible for making the most or our solutions. Therefore, it collaborates with partners around the world and also takes advantages of the innovation capacity of our employees. The innovation-team thus makes an important contribution, so that Kapsch always can be one step ahead.
The Engineering departement unites innovation and technology by developing new products, solutions and services, which results in the continuous enhancement of our portfolio. By means of tools like Business Analysis, requirement specifications, designs and the use of various technologies, our engineers thereby secure Kapsch's future.
