Kapsch University

Kapsch University is the central institution for all learning activities of the Kapsch Group in Austria. It offers a wide range of training opportunities to diverse target groups among Kapsch employees.

The learning contents offered by Kapsch University are structured in a similar way to the curriculum of a university course. It is open to the entire Kapsch Group workforce and starts with a basic training course. The subsequent postgraduate studies are based on the career path chosen and consist of compulsory and elective subjects. Crediting of existing experience is possible as well.
