We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
We are looking for a Technical Leader to join our regional team!
Your Responsibilities:
Manage correctly the activities and resources of a development team
Assure the fulfilment of the clearly- defined processes for development projects and software maintenance services
Assume the administrator role of the configuration in the projects, incorporating the different components, making software versions and installing them in different project environments.
Inform the Project Manager and R&D Development Line-Manager in case of noticing diversions as regards what has been planned on the team’s part
Detect and suggest process improvement
Support R&D development Line-Manager, providing necessary information for the design of training and evaluation plans, work tool selection, other activities that the department needs.
Assign work to programmers, advance and support, plan team tasks
Estimate development time of UC implementation
Make tasks follow-up of the people in his care
Make (or delegate) and document revisions by developed code pairs by programmers in charge, making the follow-up of mistakes correction found in such revisions
Make up software versions and install them in necessary project environments
Your profile:
Team leadership experience
Scrum
C#
.net framework
SQL Server
Delphi (plus)
Intermediate level of English language
