We are looking for an HR Services & Payroll Specialist to join our team!

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for HR Services and Back Office activities across Latin America.

  • Support payroll execution for an employee population for over 500 employees, in close collaboration with an external payroll provider (no in-house payroll processing required).

  • Manage Compensation & Benefits updates and employee lifecycle changes (new hires, contract changes, terminations, etc.).

  • Ensure high-quality data management and reporting in the HR system (Workday or equivalent), including centralized updates of organizational structures.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR Services processes.

  • Support onboarding processes by understanding local documentation and contractual requirements by country.

  • Support activities related to absences, reporting, and standard HR operations.

  • Provide accurate data, reports, and process support to HRBPs.

  • Contribute to the standardization of HR Services and admin processes across the Americas region.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Previous experience assisting in C&B or payroll processes for populations of 200+ employees.

  • Advanced user of Excel and HR management systems (Workday or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Fluent English for daily interaction in a regional, international environment.

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
