We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
Major Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for managing the Back Office worldwide support to the regional teams (North America, EMEA, and APAC). Coordinate pre-sales and sales activities. Manage the Back Office team and crossline resources from other teams/regions. Gather and process information to drive pre-sales decision-making meetings with Back Office VPs and CTO staff. Manage responsibility for the global back office bid proposal, including costs and effort estimation, risk management, milestones, process area, resource plan and skills, schedule, handoff, and deliverables. Work with Back Office product team to propose new features and system enhancements based on global market needs. Spanish proficiency required to discuss on going projects with the off-shore technical team in Argentina and clients.
Job Requirements: This position requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology or a related field, plus 7 Years of experience of tolling & transportation back-office operations or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Assessing project scope, schedule, contractual issues, project risks, and escalation of issues/risks for resolution for the Back Office business opportunities within North America while utilizing specialized knowledge of the Tolling Back Office operations; (2) Implementing and maintaining end-to end tolling and multimodal solution around North America and regions (EMEA, and APAC); (3) Deployment and configuration of the systems, software development lifecycle, project management foundations; (4) Using methodologies and process including Waterfall, Agile, CMMI, ISO 9001, Continuous /Integration-Delivery; (5) Preparing pre-sales and formal sales proposals while providing market & business insights for Back Office & Tolling operations; (6) Document and update technical product literature sales collateral to ensure Back Office information is centralized and remains updated and organized routinely.
