Your responsibilities:

  •  Customer Relationship: Lead the daily interaction with the Customer representatives in the Service management area
  •  Service owner (any of the operational services, including but not limited to problem management, change management, release & deployment management, etc.)
  •  Pro-actively identify operational issues and trends in all operational areas
  •  Provides regular reporting and drive resolution working directly with internal and external service
  •  Actively monitors performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators
  •  Facilitates and participates in the service management meetings with focus on recent major incidents, RCA status, incident management trending, and operational issues.
  •  Maintain and create project and milestone schedules, costs, and planning resources to make sure the project remains on track and under planned budget
  •  Resolving any service problems and customer complaints

 

Your profile

  •  Fluent in English in speech and writing – native speaker preferred
  •  Strong exposure to ITSM Tools with a clear understanding of how tools should be used
  •  Min 3 years of the hands-on experience with the project planning, project scheduling and service management
  •  Able to demonstrate recent hands-on experience with list of improvements implemented in the service management area
  •  Advanced knowledge of ITIL and Service management – preferably with corresponding certification(s). – minimum ITIL Foundation
  •  A structured and independent way of working, being independent and resilient. Willingness to learn and to work in an international environment.
  •  Excellent communication skills and Team player
  •  Deep understanding of delivery of the IT Applications
  •  Experience in Traffic Management area is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and work in an international team
