The role

We have an incredible opportunity for someone to play a pivotal role in growing our market share in Hong Kong through strategic solution sales. This is a stand alone role in HK, supported by the APAC business of Kapsch TrafficCom with the head office in Melbourne, Australia.

The Sales Director - Hong Kong will be responsible for prospecting and business development in Hong Kong by working with existing clients and forming new relationships and partnerships in the region, especially with decision makers to drive new leads for qualifying.

We are looking for someone with strong drive and passion for growing business and forming partnerships, who can work autonomously and work from the ground up.

About you

The successful individual will need to have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a solution sales environment within Intelligent Transport Systems, technology, engineering, automation or similar. They will have a strong track record of success winning and negotiating effective sales deals.

You are a ‘people person’ and have a strong network to bring clients and partners together with a focus on executed partner models in the past to bring our product to market.

The ideal candidate will be native or fluent Cantonese speaker, as well as having strong English language and capability to communicate on a business level. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills are a must, as well as the ability to secure strategic information for business success.
