Your responsibilities:
Corporate law matters (in Austria and international), such as foundations, preparation of foundation documents (Articles of Associations, Bylaws, etc.), preparation of shareholders` meetings, appointment of corporate bodies, UBO & KYC requirements
Legal support of M&A projects as well as corporate restructurings (in Austria and international)
Your profile:
Degree in law or business law
Several years of professional experience in a legal department of an internationally operating company or in an internationally operating law firm
Experience in corporate law and basic understanding of M&A transactions
Knowledge of other areas of law is an advantage (especially antitrust and capital market law)
You are a proactive, responsible personality and are characterized by a high level of commitment, negotiation skills, and the ability to cooperate and analyze
You are an assertive team player with the willingness to take responsibility and act in a client- and solution-oriented manner
You enjoy working across departments and on projects
You have a high level of linguistic expression skills and are fluent in German and English (other languages are an advantage)
You are prepared to familiarize yourself with new subject areas quickly and independently
