Avaya has begun cooperation with Kapsch

Kapsch incorporated unified communication solutions and contact centers to its portfolio of enterprise solutions in the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Prague, February 2010 - Avaya Inc. announced that since January this year, Kapsch is its partner in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Kapsch will use all the products from Avaya from portfolio of unified communication and contact centers, to provide services and solutions to its customers.

Partnership was negotiated shortly after the successful acquisition by which Avaya acquired Nortel Enterprise Solutions (NES), which Kapsch used to use. Integration of services and solutions of Avaya and NES announced in January, provides a good opportunity for Kapsch to expand the portfolio of enterprise solutions in the areas of unified communication, contact centers and call centers.

Integrating Avaya's communication solutions will allow Kapsch to develop this philosophy further and to provide its customers from the companies and organizations the latest communication solutions based on real-time communication solutions, where applicable. Users can perform their tasks more efficiently by having access to information based on the context of their tasks.

Kapsch will be able to offer new communication solutions to its existing customers as well as to use current know how of its employees.
