In a firm awareness of its corporate social responsibility, the Kapsch Group - organized through Kapsch AG - supports a wide range of contemporary art and cultural organizations and projects, selected educational initiatives and extensive social projects: in music, the visual arts, universities, schools and hospitals.

Kapsch TrafficCom has valid quality and environmental certificates in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Kapsch TrafficCom Group will continue to increase its social involvement: it is particularly important to use environmental resources in an increasingly sustainable and responsible manner.

  • We are member of Tandemgruppen, which is a network of 10 employers including Jönköping community, county council and the employment agency (Government-run). The purpose is to support entire families move to Jönköping. If somebody receives an employment offer and needs relocation to Jönköping he/she often will bring a family with him/her. Tandemgruppen supports the family to find job opportunities, school, housing etc.
  • We are member of Welcome 2work, which is a network of many employers with the purpose to recruit qualified employees to the region.
  • Kapsch is regularly seen as speakers at schools, universities etc.
