Full service package for intelligent mobility solutions.

There are a number of factors that play a role when deciding on whether to implement an intelligent traffic system. Considerations usually begin with the functionalities that are available in each of the top technologies. Soon, however, questions turn to the best financing models, how the system will function in terms of its technical and commercial operation, and the options existing for integration with other systems. Kapsch has the know-how to cover this entire spectrum.

In addition to planning and implementing the solutions in line with our customers’ specifications, we also offer pre-financing options and comprehensive services once the system is in place. We have also developed much of the core technology in-house, which allows us to support interoperability across countries and applications and to ensure that our systems meet the very latest technological and security standards.

Technical operation: from the road to the back office.

We are able to supply all of the technical services for the solutions we install. These include service and maintenance of the roadside components as well as operation of all point-of-sale and data center applications. We maintain strict service level agreements with our customers, who are able to rely on the perfect functionality of our solutions, the accuracy of all transactions, data integrity, and adherence to strict security requirements.

Commercial operation: from payment transactions to the call center.

Our services in the area of commercial operation extend from issuing the relevant access devices, for example in the form of On-Board Units (OBUs) and transponders, to processing payments, including collection management, and providing all information systems necessary for implementation. We set up and operate the points of sale and online shops. We also provide call center services and manage websites and mobile apps for our customers.

  • All services are tracked continuously on the basis of contractually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
