Customer Self Care automation of routine enquiries provides a better quality of service and greater customer satisfaction while offering considerable potential cost savings. Applications include an order service, service provisioning and a cost manager.
Network Announcement / Intelligent Peripheral is typically used for basic announcements during or before calls in a network.
