As an Apple Authorized System Integrator (AASI) with the highest certification level, Kapsch offers solutions that will soon allow even the newest models such as the iPhone 5 to meet their full potential within the framework of more secure and fully integrated mobility concepts.

Fritz Holter GmbH relies on iPad sales solution from Kapsch
As a major retailer and service partner in the areas of sanitary, heating, environment, control, ventilation and swimming pool technology, the Upper Austrian family company has a broad product portfolio and an equally diverse customer structure. To further improve the services of its field sales, Holter implemented the vision of an Apple iPad-based sales solution in cooperation with Kapsch. Not only does this innovative solution meets the needs of Holter employees, it also satisfies the requirements with regard to IT security and IT administration. The solution, which now allows the entire Holter product catalog to be presented to customers online, was created in just four weeks time. As a next step, Holter is planning to integrate the Avaya collaboration solution into the Apple sales solution. Here again, Kapsch is at the company’s side as an experienced solution integrator.
As an integral component of the solution, Kapsch implemented a mobile device management system that allows all devices to be managed centrally. The solution is integrated into the IT infrastructure of Holter and satisfies the security guidelines of the company in every respect.
